Achievements

ACHIEVEMENTS

We have attained the following

· Converted a landfill site into a Top Tourist Destination.

· Did the best in the Imagine Durban competition in reducing electricity consumption and came second overall.

· Created a conservation area in the middle of the city.

· Busy restoring the wildlife to the same state as it was in the 1900's

· Created an aware community that is active.

· Inspired other to follow

· Have all schools in our area active with green things.

· Have empowered BESOC and today is probably the most active Environmental Society in the City.

· Created A food forest

· Set up a local waste recycling effort.
