WEDDING PACKAGE

Terms and Conditions:

Venue booking varies and is shown on the venue hire rate card.

Payment of a reservation deposit is required to secure your date. A provisional reservation will be

held for 14 (fourteen) days and confirmed upon receipt of the venue hire amount and a signed booking form accepting the terms & conditions.

Should the required deposit not be received within 14 days, the reservation date will automatically be released.

Change of function dates are subject to a R2000.00 surcharge amount should they be made within 12 months of the date booked.

Cancellation of the booking will render the reservation deposit non-refundable.

Guest numbers are required 30 days prior to your function. If the number of guests is reduced after

thereafter, Bluff eco park reserve the right to charge for the original numbers. Additional guests will be charged the same rate per head as agreed upon.

A minimum booking of 20 persons is required. If there is less, the amount for 20 will still be

charged.

There is no charge for children under the age of 3. Children between the age of 3 and 8 pay 50% of

the package price.

Bluff Eco Park will not be held  responsible for the payment of any service provider (minister,

photographer, videographer, DJ etc.) that has been acquired for their services during the function.

Services providers are included as your guests at your option and would be charged for at the wedding package price should you decide to include them as your guests.

Menu choice and seating plan are required 30 days prior to event.

A time schedule for the entire event to be confirmed 15 (fifteen) days prior to the function.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to function; we reserve the right to cancel your function if this

is not adhered to. Liquor and bar settlements are to be made prior to or on the day of your function.

Payment may be made by electronic transfer or direct bank deposit. Payment by cheque is not

acceptable.

All package prices are subject to change, provided that the client is informed of such a change at

least 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of the function..

You will be held liable for any losses or damages incurred to the property of Bluff Eco Park. A refundable deposit of R1500 is required for damages such as broken catering equipment, damaged floors, tablecloths, items taken by guests.

We offer free local wine and beers for a period of 5 hours from the arrival of the first guests for the

reception. Thereafter all beverages will be served on a cash bar basis.

Guests may not bring liquor or food (besides a Birthday/Wedding Cake) onto the premises for

consumption at the function.

Should weddings continue for a period of more than 8 hours, or after 00h00 for an evening wedding,

a service fee of R800.00 per hour or part thereof will be charged.

Due to local by-laws, music has to be turned down slightly at 11pm and has to be turned to a

standard hi-fi after 12pm.

Fireworks, confetti, pot pourri are not allowed. Bubbles and petals are permitted.

The client is required to ensure that their guests conduct themselves on the property with care and

respect. The client is also required to ensure that their guests exercise all reasonable caution with

regard to personal safety and the safety of the persons in their charge whilst on the premises of

Bluff Eco Park. Bluff Eco Park or its owners cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries arising

from negligence or wilful intent by any person on the premises.
